Nomination Fees

• There is absolutely no nomination fee to participate in these awards for the year 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nominee must be an individual, team, or organization engaged in hospitality services (e.g., hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitality professionals, Culinary Experts, etc.).
• The nominee must have been operational for at least 12 months prior to nomination.
• For individual categories, the nominee must be legally employed and hold relevant qualifications or experience.
• Past winners are eligible to apply only if they can demonstrate significant new achievements since their previous award.

Nomination Process

• All nominations must be submitted via the official nomination form provided by the Award Committee.
• Supporting documentation (e.g., testimonials, photographs, media coverage, performance reports) must be attached as evidence.
• Nominations can be self-submitted or proposed by an organization.

Submission Deadlines

• All nominations must be received by 15th July 2025.
• Late or incomplete nominations will not be considered.

Selection Process

• All entries will be screened for eligibility and completeness.
• An independent Jury Panel of Industry Experts will evaluate nominations based on:
  • Innovation and Creativity
  • Service Excellence
  • Business Impact
  • Sustainability and Responsible Practices
  • Customer Satisfaction
• The Jury’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

Disqualification

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to adhere to these rules and regulations.
• Any attempt to influence Jury Members.

Confidentiality

• All nomination materials will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for award evaluation.

Publication & Promotion

• By submitting a nomination, the nominee agrees that their name, photo, and achievements may be published or promoted in award-related communications, media releases, and promotional materials.

Award Presentation

• Winners will be announced and felicitated at the Awards Ceremony scheduled on 30th July 2025.
• Representatives are required to attend the ceremony to receive the award at Hotel The Suryaa, New Delhi.

General Provisions

• The Award Committee reserves the right to:
  • Move nominations into other categories if more appropriate.
  • Withhold awards in any category if the entries are not of a suitable standard.
  • Modify these rules without prior notice.
